Over two weeks, guided personally by Catherine, you will move through the Pause-Feel-Respond methodology through the lens of prosperity - examining your relationship with striving, receiving, identity and what is actually driving your ambitions. Each day brings a new practice - breathwork, meditation, movement and reflection - designed to work progressively, building on what came before.
Week one is about awareness. Noticing the stories you carry about prosperity, feeling where tension lives in your body around abundance, and beginning to loosen the grip that keeps you perpetually reaching for something just out of grasp.
Week two is about integration. Taking what you have uncovered and beginning to live differently — in your actual moments, your real relationships, your everyday decisions. This is where the shift becomes lasting.
This is not a mindset course. It is a nervous system experience. Because the truth is - you cannot receive abundance from a disregulated state. When the body feels safe, when the nervous system is regulated, when emotions are no longer running the show from below the surface - prosperity stops being something you chase and starts being something you inhabit.
